Who we are
Genie Infinitum is a conversational business-intelligence app operated by Manayill Consulting™. Production app: https://app.genieinfinitum.ai/genie.
This website
www.genieinfinitum.com is a public marketing site on Wix, separate from the Genie app. Forms on this site collect enquiry details. They are not used for Google sign-in.
Google authentication
Connecting Google is optional and happens after you sign in to Genie. Genie uses Google OAuth and only the permissions on Google’s consent screen. Basic account info from email and profile identifies the connected account.
Google data Genie may access
- Google account (email, profile)
- Google Drive (drive, drive.file)
- Google Calendar (calendar, calendar.events)
- Gmail (gmail.readonly, gmail.send, gmail.compose, gmail.modify)
- Google Docs and Sheets (documents, spreadsheets)
- Google Contacts (contacts.readonly)
- Google Tasks (tasks)
Genie does not request other Google permissions. Unconnected products are not used.
Why and how data is used
Google data is used only to complete actions you request. The Genie backend exchanges OAuth codes for tokens and calls Google APIs on your behalf. AI features may process the specific Google content needed for that request.
Tokens, storage, sharing
OAuth tokens are sent to the Genie backend so the connection can keep working. The client may cache connection status locally. We do not sell Google user data. Data is shared with Google (the APIs), Manayill Consulting systems that run Genie, and required infrastructure. This website is hosted by Wix.
Retention, revoke, delete
Connection data is kept while Google remains connected and your Genie account is active. Disconnect in Genie and revoke at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For deletion email development@manayillconsulting.com.
Security
Genie uses HTTPS and OAuth. It never asks for your Google password.
